We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who can create and maintain high-quality websites for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, and ensuring the overall functionality and user experience of WordPress sites. You will work closely with our design and development teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Implement SEO best practices to ensure websites are optimized for search engines.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to WordPress development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development and customization.
- Knowledge of website optimization, performance tuning, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
